The Facial, Foot & Hand Reflex Therapy Course - Online and Hands-On

The Reflexology School of Lone Sorensen is based on Tibetan Medicine.
Tibetan Medicine- one of the world's oldest healing traditions, has been practised for more than four thousand years. TM, called "Sowa Rigpa" in Tibetan, means the knowledge and science of healing. "Sowa" means to heal the imbalanced, and "Rigpa" means the knowledge or science of a particular subject.

Lone Sorensen Method
What makes this method unique is not so much the reflex zones themselves, but the order, rhythm, coordination and the very special manual stimulation. It is a method of precision and connection and a special movement of your fingers and hands, where every movement follows a biological and energetic logic that mirrors the meridians ystem.

The face is a direct map of the brain. Every reflex area and point corresponds to a specific brain area or cranial nerve. When we stimulate these areas and points through Facial Reflexology, we activate blood flow, neural pathways, and neurotransmitter exchange. This means we can influence memory, concentration, emotional balance, and even hormonal regulation.
